Turn DMs into staff-managed support tickets.
A Discord modmail bot. Members DM the bot and every conversation becomes a public thread in one tickets channel, where staff reply (optionally anonymously), claim, and close it. Closed tickets are archived as transcript files in a private channel and can be searched later.
Served from this site. Source only, no installer: unzip, copy .env.example to .env, then npm ci && npm start.
